Round the World Travel

Agra as a town is really not that nice. In fact if the Taj Mahal wasn't there it is definately a destination to avoid. There is the fort and the Taj Mahal, and nothing else worth seeing.

We just visited the Taj, as we were there for just a day.

It is really impressive and much more interesting when you see it close up, with the patterned detail on the side of the building. Unfortunately it rained a lot when we were there, so we didn't get a great photos. The sunset wasn't very that impressive due to the cloud. It was worth the trip though.

We had an early night that night and caught an early train to Delhi the next morning (which was two hours late arriving, I think we chose the wrong one) to catch our flight to Goa.
